Emily is a rising star in our Manchester Divorce and Family Team, having initially joined Vardags as part of the Graduate Training Programme. She specialises in the full range of divorce and family matters, including those with an international element. Her client base includes high net worth individuals and those with an international background.
Emily began her legal career with an Advanced Legal Apprenticeship in Law. She went on to graduate with a first class LLB (Hons), having completed her degree part time over four years whilst working as a paralegal.
Emily has appeared on both BBC News and BBC Breakfast promoting apprenticeships and their benefits.
Emily has over six years of experience working as a paralegal in family law. She has worked on both private and public matters, including assisting senior Children Panel solicitors on complex cases such as child murder, non-accidental injuries, abuse, and adoption.
Emily enjoys exploring new walks to go on with her partner and her cockapoo, Bailey - who has a particular love for the beach.
We offer a free consultation to suitable clients, typically those where the family's net assets are in excess of £1m or the combined income is in excess of £150,000
Vardags is one of the UK’s top divorce law firms. We specialise in complex, high net worth and international cases. Our President Ayesha Vardag has been widely described as “Britain’s Top Divorce Lawyer” and the “Diva of Divorce”.
Our divorce solicitors have been involved in some of the highest profile cases of recent years at all levels up to the Supreme Court. Most of our cases are managed discreetly and are kept out of the media, but we are adept at managing the press if necessary.
Our top divorce lawyers have acted for or against financiers, entrepreneurs, footballers, celebrities, members of royal families, and the aristocracy. We fight hard where necessary but negotiate to get the best result whenever possible.
